In 2018, the Jordan WINGS program released a special Air Jordan 5 decorated in student drawings, with proceeds going towards the brand’s mission to have education go farther and further. This May, another such release will honor the graduating class of 2020/2021.
Seen here via official images, this Air Jordan 5 Low is decorated in a regal black and gold, with 20 and 21 embroidered at the heel section. A square hangtag denoting the WINGS initiative comes attached to the left shoe, while a black tassel from graduation caps proudly hang off the left. The similarities to the DMP Jordans is clear, and for all students, graduating high-school will certainly be a defining moment as they continue down their individual paths.
Currently, a release is set for May 2021, so stay tuned for details.
